I know just what I would buy--a new pressure cooker! I gave up on them after my last one exploded black beans all over my ceiling and walls (repaint job required!), but I really do miss making homemade no-salt beans. They're so much better than canned! I'm ready to kick my fear and try a new model for 2011.
I could use some dining chair slipcovers or some bookends for the nursery!

Ooh...where are you? It's a cold day here, too...we are having a massive ice storm here in Indy! I'm shut in!
I've been dying for a dehydrator! I think I could scrounge up a few extra bucks for it if the majority was covered by a gift card! This teacher needs some easy snacks to take to school with her. I could also use a new toaster oven...mine's about shot, and I hate firing up the oven for just little ol' me.
